Thrum Architecture

Vanda Constructions, and specifically Vinko and Adam, have worked closely with Thrum Architects over the last three years on a major luxury home project.

Throughout the whole project, I personally was the project architect having the primary point of contact in all the dealings with them, and so developed a very detailed and comprehensive understanding of their capabilities.

The project they were contracted to construct was under a lump sum contract. It was for a large new two storey prestige residence at Torokina Ave, St Ives. The Construction contract cost was just over $2.1 M in value, excluding cost of consultants and the other luxury equipment purchased direct by the client.

The project was carried out and completed very successfully by Vinko and Adam and their company. The quality of the trades work and also the quality of the way they conducted the process was very high.

The project went smoothly at all stages, and our clients, the owners, were always satisfied with the performance and progress. Their project management and construction management skills were as good as I have had the pleasure of working with, and their attention to detail in the way they conduct their hands‐on supervision duties with all the various trades and subcontractors is excellent.

Both Vinko and Adam demonstrated to have high levels of application and discipline in the way they approached the project. The project result was first class and competently delivered within the programme requirements.

I have no hesitation in commending Vanda Constructions to your office, nor in placing them on my firms tender list for our next available project.
